ATTENTION: While this storefront hosts occasional adoption visits for animals in the JCAPS foster care program, it is NOT AN ANIMAL DROP-OFF LOCATION.  Dropping an animal off at this location will be considered animal abandonment.  Cases will be reported to law enforcement processionals.
